Piu che soddisfatto dell’acquisto Sergio della Mystflame mi ha potuto supportare nel momento della scelta, prima dell’acquisto e anche successivamente per collegarlo alla rete WiFi che per mia incapacità non riuscivo a fare. Prodotto ottimo sia dal punto di vista estetico e che funzionale come riscaldamento. Posizionato in un soggiorno di circa 5m x 5 m. il calore lo si percepisce già dopo pochi minuti.

Necesito ayuda el interruptor rojo se enciende pero no me funciona ni la pantalla tactil ni el mando a distancia, no la puedo encender. No se que a podido pasar si el primer dia que la conecte si funciono.
Quiero añadir que al minuto de haber escrito la reseña se puso en contacto el vendedor conmigo y en 3 dias tenia una nueva chimenea electrica en mi casa. Gracias por la rapidez, por la atencion y por todo!! Un 10 queda preciosa!!

Der Kamin ist wunderschön, hat ein modernes und elegantes Design. Ich war mit dem dünnen Rahmen und dem großen Verbrennungsfenster zufrieden. Die Farben ändern sich, es sieht sehr beeindruckend aus! Ich habe Komplimente von meinen Gästen bekommen. Sie waren überrascht, dass der Kamin nicht nur brennt, sondern auch wärmt 🙂 Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen Abend.
An einen Elektrokamin hatte ich noch nie gedacht. Eine interessante Entscheidung!

Love this! Easy to set up. You can choose to have prefixed logs or arrange the loose logs and stones as you wish. Loads of colours to choose from and it remembers you last setting the next time you turn it on. The amount of heat that comes out is good too. Instantly makes the room feel cosy.
